Parameterized Scheduler (I'm the maintainer) is very simple and can pass a single value per parameter. I'd need to check if we can put many lines though, might do the trick, I don't remember of the top of my head.
Apart from the feature itself, though please send this to the users ML instead. This list is for Jenkins development (or stay here if you have questions about the plugin's code, that is :)).
