This is the PR where I enabled Incrementals:

I added the ‘<tag>${scmTag}</tag>’ line in a subsequent PR, which is still
open:
https://github.com/jenkinsci/aws-secrets-manager-credentials-provider-plugin/pull/6
But I am still seeing ‘400 Bad Request’, this time with no explanatory message.
