Reverting the remoting upgrade is ok for me too. Then we can work on a fix for JENKINS-57713 <https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-57713> - IMO the "no retry" logic should be enabled by a parameter instead of being the default, so cloud implementations not wanting this can disable it.
