I have the same java compilation error: Type mismatch: cannot convert from 
CopyOnWriteArrayList<ExtensionComponent<Descriptor>> to 
CopyOnWriteArrayList<ExtensionComponent<Descriptor<T>>> 

can anyone explain why that is?
