I am currently working on detaching required modules/extensions from the
promoted-builds for the new plugin as proposed.
However, I have the following questions:
1) I assume that the promotion process gets injected from
PromotionCondition and the flow goes like:
PromotionCondition -> PromotionProcess -> Conditions(Self,Manual...)
-> PromotionProcess
