Updates from the Advocacy&Outreach SIG meeting on Thursday:
- 30 Jan: We will have the following: (1) full day JX training delivered
by Viktor F. (2) half day (8-noon) Jenkins training delivered by Mark
Waite. Links to be posted soon. There is a small fee to compensate catering

- Taking the small number of seats, I suggest to proceed with the
"real contributor summit" proposal above: Limit number of participants to
active contributors and those who are interested to contribute and
willing
to participate in foundation projects, e.g. key architecture changes and
projects (UX, JCasC, etc.), governance, infrastructure. In such case we
will likely get a 1-2 dozens of seasoned contributors and big users
