The PR is - https://github.com/jenkins-infra/repository-permissions-updater/pull/1486 I have filled out the PR template correctly this time. The issue arose because the PR template uses the phrase "uploaders" while the YAML file refers to them as "developers", which caused some confusion on my part. I have logged into the Jenkins JIRA and Artifactory with the username referenced in the permissions file.
