Yeah, that was it. The PR is just building on Linux due to the windows tests failing. We’ll resolve that once we get the security issue approved.

The Linux agents are provided by AWS EC2 instances and are currently heavily loaded with Jenkins acceptance test harness tasks. They've been running heavily loaded for about 12 hours since a large batch (150+) of Jenkins acceptance test harness jobs queued yesterday. Were those two the places where you saw something unexpected, or a different job?
