Hi all,

Note that there is no fix for 2 regressions caused by the .NET Framework
requirement upgrade:

   - https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-63198

My apologies, I was unable to work on the fix due to other work and
personal responsibilities. These issues will go into the 2.249.1 LTS, and
we will need documentation for it in the upgrade guidelines and in
https://www.jenkins.io/blog/2020/07/23/windows-support-updates/

Best regards and sorry for inconvenience,
Oleg
