I added the topic to the Governance meeting agenda just in case more discussion is needed. https://github.com/jenkins-infra/jenkins.io/pull/4256 is almost ready to go IMHO, but, as Daniel Beck commented, we also need to do something about JEP-7: https://github.com/jenkinsci/jep/tree/master/jep/7 . I will try contributing to that if my time allows
