If you want to do releases, you'll have to do a PR for https://github.com/jenkins-infra/repository-permissions-updater/blob/master/permissions/plugin-nomad.ymland have Adrian approve it. In the mean time I'll give you you commit access make sure you accept the invite from the bot.
