Hello, Maybe there was a deployment issue, we were in progress of migrating to another release infrastructure at that point. You can always download all plugin and WAR releases from the Jenkins Artifactory repo: https://repo.jenkins-ci.org/webapp/#/artifacts/browse/tree/General/releases/org/jenkins-ci/main/jenkins-war/2.164.2
Whatever happened with 2.164.2 on get.jenkins.io, I doubt it makes sense to restore it now.
