Hi everyone,

I am proposing a JEP to have all terms in a single place 
https://github.com/jenkinsci/jep/pull/368
My secret hope is to make it easy for new contributors or one day 
contributors (hacktahons, ...) to participate to the terminology update 
effort.
Feel free to join and/or to review this PR (and even more if you know other 
languages than English)
