Mads, could you submit a pull request to add yourself to https://github.com/jenkins-infra/repository-permissions-updater/blob/master/permissions/plugin-hidden-parameter.yml and confirm that you have logged into https://repo.jenkins-ci.org with your Jenkins account credentials? I've also copied the referenced maintainer on this email in case they are still available at that email address and can reply with their approval for the adoption of the plugin by Mads.
