Hi Daniel,

Normally, once your infra PR has been merged, you are good to go: you can
merge PRs and cut releases. No need to open a Helpdesk PR. (see
https://www.jenkins.io/doc/developer/plugin-governance/adopt-a-plugin/)

The first step, as a new maintainer, is to remove the "adopt-this-plugin"
label. This will validate that you have admin rights on that repository.

Let us know if it doesn't work as expected.
