I added JENKINS-68785 to the lts-candidate list because it is a non-trivial regression that prevents administrators from seeing log messages from inbound agents. The fix has been verified on 2.357. I feel strongly about including this one, since rejecting connections from unsupported Remoting versions (which is present in LTS) exacerbates this issue. The rejected connection message is never printed to the log without this fix, confusing administrators.
I also added JENKINS-68848 to the lts-candidate list because it is a non-trivial regression that prevents Groovy hook scripts from working correctly. The fix has still not been merged, but I expect it to ship in 2.358.
