Hi,

I'm still fighting with this problem.
I think it's not a settings.xml fault, because it happens on Jenkins CI 
infra too.

I use standard settings.xml, fetched with curl from artifactory.
I noticed that this error disappeared when I'm setting a default profile in 
settings.xml.
I guess it's my pom.xml fault.
I would be grateful if somebody could take a look on it and give me some 
advice what i did wrong.
