With the assistance of moderne.io/openrewrite and the 'Improve a Plugin' tutorial (https://www.jenkins.io/doc/developer/tutorial-improve/), I've already 'modernized' the plugin, so you won't need to do that. Ooopsie, I've just seen that lots of the things I proposed in #260 are already in #259.
