I don't think we need any additional documentation because https://support.smartbear.com/crossbrowsertesting/docs/about.html and other pages like https://support.smartbear.com/crossbrowsertesting/docs/getting-support.html clearly state that the service is no longer available. If you have access to the plugin repository, it would be a nice help if you added an entry at the top of the README that has a message like the one at https://support.smartbear.com/crossbrowsertesting/docs/about.html . If you don't have convenient access to the plugin repository in order to add that message, we can handle suspending the plugin from the Jenkins update center and can use the message from the pull request to explain why distribution has been suspended. I've submitted https://github.com/jenkins-infra/update-center2/pull/870 to request that the plugin be suspended from distribution. https://plugins.jenkins.io/crossbrowsertesting/ and https://updates.jenkins.io/latest/ both correctly show that the plugin is no longer being distributed.
