One of my release engineers recently wrote a jira -> github issues importer for one of our other LF projects for when they migrated off of Jira late last year / early this year. I'll see if I can find where she stuck it. I know she had looked at https://github.com/lemeurherve/jira-issues-importer but it didn't work properly for current versions of Jira so she ended up writing one from scratch (with some help from Claude).
