When disabling the "Archive the artifacts" option the "Record fingerprints of
files to track usage" option can remain enabled. This causes the build to fail
because there's nothing to fingerprint since no artifacts are recorded. I
suggest the option be automatically disabled if artifact archiving is disabled,
and better yet it could be a sub-option of archive artifacts.
