Slide-O-Mix commented on JENKINS-9187:
--------------------------------------
If you have a value for the Jenkins URL specified in the email-ext
configuration in the global config, then it will override the default url. (In
the section "Override Global Settings"). This is expected behavior.
> Jelly Content uses different BUILD_URL

> Key: JENKINS-9187
> URL: https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-9187
> Project: Jenkins
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: email-ext
> Affects Versions: current
> Environment: Jenkins running in Tomcat on Solaris 10
> Reporter: lbrinkmann
> Priority: Trivial
>
> I've updated from Hudson to Jenkins by simply deleting the hudson.war the
> hudson folder and put in the jenkins.war.
> Everything worked like a charm (maybe some minor glitches that I don't
> remember ;)).
> However when using the email-ext-Plugin with ${JELLY_SCRIPT,template="html"}
> for the Body I still get the
> http://server/hudson/job/jobname/buildnr for the build-url, so still hudson
> not jenkins.
> I've changed the "Jenkins URL" but that helped only for the $DEFAULT_CONTENT
> and the $BUILD_URL Parameter.
> The Solution for me was changing the
> hudson.plugins.emailext.ExtendedEmailPublisher.xml file by hand. Took me a
> while to figure that out...
