I've been experimenting with different configurations for promoting builds, now
when the promotion happens I'm getting no less than 3 stars applied alongside
the build name.
Two of them should not be there for two reasons
(1) because they are based on configuration information that is no longer part
of the job configuration, it should have been overwritten;
(2) They actually fail according to their own status!
