The Jenkins Debian/Ubuntu packaging automatically converts Hudson installs into
Jenkins. This works fine for pre-split versions of Hudson but newer installs of
Hudson have configuration/plugins that are starting to diverge significantly
from Jenkins.
The packaging should detect newer post-split Hudson installs and should refrain
from converting the install to Jenkins.
Earlier today there was an incident of this reported via IRC #jenkins and it
was not immediately obvious what the cause of the problems were and fixing
plugin versions/configuration is not for the fainthearted!
