thosor created JENKINS-13012:
--------------------------------
Summary: Better Textformat for Not-Found-Infos
Key: JENKINS-13012
URL: https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-13012
Project: Jenkins
Issue Type: New Feature
Components: core
Reporter: thosor
Hello there,
at the moment something like the following text is shown, when a file is not
available during configuration of a job:
"<path>/<filename>" is not found: "<path>" exists, but not "<path>/<filename>"
In german: "<path>/<filename>" liefert keine Übereinstimmung: "<path>"
existiert, nicht aber "<path>/<filename>"
(Sorry, don't know the correct english version).
It would be better to have a formatted version. Our users are confused while
seeing this text.
And: This error occurs also, when the build has not run before. I think this
("please run the job one time") should be shown aswell.
Thanks
