Using the LTS release, the manage jenkins page properly recognizes new LTS
releases and provides a proper download link, but the changelog link is
pointing to the non-LTS changelog (http://jenkins-ci.org/changelog) instead of
the LTS changelog (http://jenkins-ci.org/changelog-stable).
