We have the same problem with 1.424.1 (not tried 1.424.6 yet)
We are using jenkins to build our refactoring branches(we do a refactoring
phase at the end of each sprint iteration). The URL looks like:
http://servername/svn/path/refactoting-branches/${akt_refactoring_branch}/projektname
The checkout (via manual trigger) before the build works fine. Only the
automatic polling does not work.
