Will McQueen created JENKINS-13146:
--------------------------------------
Summary: Job config's "Execute concurrent builds if necessary"
label could be clearer
Key: JENKINS-13146
URL: https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-13146
Project: Jenkins
Issue Type: Improvement
Components: throttle-concurrents
Affects Versions: current
Environment: CentOS 6.2 64-bit
Reporter: Will McQueen
Assignee: abayer
Priority: Minor
Fix For: current
"Execute concurrent builds if necessary" label could be clearer. It's not
immediately obvious to me what "if necessary" means. Enabling this option means
that concurrent builds are allowed, either on the same slave node or across
multiple slave nodes (subject to the restrictions of the TCB, or Throttle
Concurrent Builds, plugin if enabled), correct? So maybe a better name for the
option would be:
"Allow concurrent builds"
...or...
"Allow execution of concurrent builds"
