Just added this issue in a view of wiki discussion with František Novotný...
I agree with you, requested functionality could be implemented with another
plugins (like [MultiJob
Plugin|https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Multijob+Plugin] or [Join
Plugin|https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Join+Plugin] or using those
jobs as build step.
So,I guess, it would be ok to close this issue without any changes to the
plugin.
