Environment: Jenkins version 1.456 and sectioned view 1.16.

When you add a new list view section and click advanced, the button disappears
but the configuration section does not appear. However if you first save the
configuration and go back to editing the view, the button works correctly.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Edit sectioned view
2. Add a new list view section
3. Click "Advanced" button for the new section
Expected: Advanced view opens
Actual: Button disappears and nothing else happens.
5. Click "OK" to accept changes to view
6. Go back to editing view
7. Click "Advanced" button for the new section
Now the section opens as expected.
No error is generated in the FireBug console.
