Downstream/upstream build information is available in the web interface for
each build, but is not available via the remote api. It is only available if a
build is triggered automatically, and then only on the downstream build
(referencing the upstream build).
It would be useful if the upstream/downstream build information generated by
fingerprinting was exposed via the remote api.
