The [Extra Columns
Plugin|https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Extra+Columns+Plugin] lets
you choose a column that adds a disable/enable button for every job. I think
it's pretty close to "batch disabling", maybe not perfect but quite fast.
