I' m currently running on jenkins version 1.447 and there is still the same
problem. If I set the system property "file.encoding" to "windows-1252" or
"utf-8" the filenames with umlauts were also corrupted. It seems like the
default encoding is already set to "windows-1252" because there is no change in
the encoding if I set the system property "file.encoding" to "windows-1252"" or
not. For example an "ü" was always encoded to an "³". There must be a step
during making the zip file which uses "ansi" for encoding the fielnames.
