Sometimes my jobs won't send emails and I will see the message "An attempt to
send an e-mail to empty list of recipients, ignored." You can see an email of
this at http://mtu.net:8042/job/fll-release/20/. I have this job setup to send
only to the recipient list ($DEFAULT_RECIPIENTS) for all actions. I've received
this error on jobs setup to use the committers list as well.
