Updating from 1.457 (first install) on seemed to work (on port 8383, just
checking in local browser, no real usage), either after update to 151a3 and/or
after jenkins update I got: "Firefox can't establish a connection to the server
at localhost:8383" (with: java -Xmx512m -jar /usr/local/bin/jenkins.war
--httpPort=8383), as reason could not be found (easily, at least), removed
jenkins with OI package manager (GUI, removal stated as "ok"), when trying to
install jenkins again, I got the attached message. Reminds me of JENKINS-11729.
