ad problem with parameterized build:
* I investigated and reported the problem with parameterized builds to svnkit
at http://issues.tmatesoft.com/issue/SVNKIT-248 as it turned out that it is a
regression between svnkit 1.3.7 and svnkit 1.7.4. We may be able to work around
it, though.

* Just download the .hpi file, in Jenkins go to "Manage Jenkins -> Manage
Plugins -> Advanced" and install the plugin-file via the file-input box.
