I found it a bit confusing as the subversion plugin is one that is bundled with
jenkins.
However, the latest jenkins.war bundle includes a much older version of the
subversion plugin so you need to manually update it.
(I don't know when/if the bundled version will ever reach 1.40).
I think this is called 'pinning' the plugin.
