I upgraded to 1.464 from 1.424.3 LTS. After upgrading, I updated some plugins.
I found that the new Jenkins broke a plugin I needed (Promote), so I downgraded
Jenkins.
I found that the old Jenkins did not recognize the plugins I had downloaded
with the new one.
