Regular basis we have scheduled builds which generally runs the build twice in
a day.
Assume that first build runs at 4pm and second build runs at 10pm.
Here the problem is when there is no code changes in perforce though the builds
runs at 10pm(Here my 4pm build already has the latest codes).
So please help me how to resolve when there is no code changes in perforce it's
should not run the build at 10pm.
