Hi, I develop a Jenkins plugin for blitz.io. It's already pushed to Github
https://github.com/jeffli/blitz_io-jenkins-plugin . Based on this article,
https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Hosting+Plugins , I should request
some commit permission to https://github.com/jenkinsci so it can be hosted
there? Please guide me through this process. Appreciated!
