I am facing similar issue while running Jenkins v1.447.1 under tomcat6 and have
re-opened the following ticket,
https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-5450
Note:- Standalone installation of Jenkins doesn't have this issue. Also noticed
that 1.465 doesn't have this problem but I want to use 1.447.1 as it is an LTS
release.
