Description:

The Exponential Moving Average algorithm used to smooth the load statics creates artifacts which make interpretation difficult.
a) in load-statistics-medium.png, busy executors and queue length exhibit exponential decay behavior, when clearly it should be a more rectangular curve (we have many builds that take between 45 minutes to over 2 hours)
b) in load-statistics-long.png, total executors starts at 0 and grows slowly to 4. In reality, the number of executors was constantly 4 over that interval.
