I'm referring to the menu setting as it appears when you configure the parameter. I think the "Select a default slave" dropdown in the parameter configuration should always start out set to master - it seems logical to me that in most cases you would want to use your master node by default, and then add some other nodes as well. What I'm suggesting will reduce the number of things you need to change every time you add a node parameter to a job.
