Stewart Smith commented on JENKINS-5986 Bzr polling continuously launches build for launchpad urls I think this is no longer a problem. I have not seen this behaviour with my use of Bazaar plugin and Launchpad URLs without having SSH keys. Perhaps a problem with very old BZR versions (<2.0)?
