Douglas Greenbaum commented on JENKINS-28961   Re: GET/POST with schedule-build-plugin I think the problem is here: https://github.com/jenkinsci/schedule-build-plugin/blob/master/src/main/java/org/jenkinsci/plugins/schedulebuild/ScheduleBuildAction.java#L114 return HttpResponses.redirectTo(getOwner().getAbsoluteUrl() + "build?delay=" + quietperiod / 1000 + "sec"); This appears to redirect the browser (HTTP 301) to {URL} /"build?delay= {num} sec. Thus resulting in a GET request. We would need to find a way to perform a POST request and have the response to that POST request redirect the user somewhere meaningful.
