An example: Accessing the "Subversion" configuration part of the global configure page of Jenkins using <url>/configure#Subversion Use Case: I am writing an embedded user guide of a Jenkins instance, which sits in the userContent folder. I am able to generate a custom user guide per instance, so any links in the doc point to a valid url of the instance. But when describing global configuration, i am just able to say: "go to <url>/configure and search for Subversion".
