francis Upton resolved JENKINS-15102 as Not A Defect AWS console VPC items requires investigation I think this problem was caused because the VPC Id was specified in the subnet Id field (I have seen a screenshot of the configuration privately). We will improve the documentation and labeling to try to clarify this, this will be the subject of another JIRA.
