Summary pages (loaded dynamically by clicking on the ">>>" link of the test report) lacks the character set declaration, and as a result, non-ASCII characters such as Japanese are displayed mangled (moji-bake). It should be declared as UTF-8 instead of the default ISO-8859-1.
Confirmed on Firefox 11.0 & IE 8.0, both running on Windows 7 (Japanese).
