I have almost the same issue after upgrade to 1.485 from 1.484. 1) Build x of job A (freestyle project) is triggered by build y of job B as one if its (B's) build steps ("Trigger/call builds on other projects"). 2) Build x finishes successfully. 3) Build y (job B) is waiting forever for build x as it is not finished still, while this is not true.
