I didn't notice that there is a second "Advanced..." button showing up when you first clicked on the first Advanced button! After checking the Graph configuration checkboxes, it works now! Suggestion: you should probably just add a paragraph on the Wiki to document how to configure the plugin and/or add some default configuration so that it shows lines! Thanks for your time!
